Manage everything on the Billing page of the dashboard. It shows your plan, its status, the number of accounts, the price and your next renewal or trial end date.

Change the number of accounts

Each connected account uses one seat on your plan.
  1. On the Billing page, use + and − to choose the new number of accounts.
  2. Click Add or Remove and confirm.
  • Adding accounts: you pay now for the rest of the current billing period. The confirmation shows the amount before you pay.
  • Removing accounts: unused time is credited against your next bill.
  • You can’t go below 2 accounts, or below the number of accounts you have connected. To go lower, remove accounts on the Accounts page first.
During the free trial, you can change the number of accounts your plan starts with. The trial itself covers 2 accounts.

Update your card or download invoices

On the Billing page, click Manage billing. This opens a secure billing portal where you can update your payment method and see your invoices.

Cancel your subscription

Click Manage billing on the Billing page and cancel your plan.
  • Your subscription stays active until the end of the current monthly or yearly period. Copying continues until then.
  • The Billing page shows Cancels at period end and the date your access ends.
  • After that, copying stops. Your accounts and settings are kept, so you can pick a plan again later and carry on.
Cancelling doesn’t close any positions. Make sure your accounts are where you want them before your access ends.

If a payment fails

If a payment fails, the Billing page shows Payment overdue or Unpaid. Update your card through Manage billing. While your subscription isn’t active, accounts can’t copy or be changed.

Refunds

The free trial lets you test CopyFlock before you pay, so fees are generally non-refundable, and there are no prorated refunds for unused time. We do refund:
  • duplicate charges and other billing errors on our side,
  • charges made after you cancelled, if you cancelled before the renewal date,
  • any amount we’re required to refund by law.
Refunds never cover trading losses, failed evaluations, denied payouts, or fees from brokers, prop firms or platforms. To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address on your account within 30 days of the charge. Include the date and amount. Read the full refund policy.
